Judith Weil

Judith Weil, partner, has been practicing law in New York City for over twenty years. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation and counseling for privately held corporations and partnerships, including medical professionals. She has negotiated the sale of businesses and the termination of employees, and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of commercial cases in New York State and federal courts.

She has litigated claims involving contracts, non-competition agreements, fiduciary and trustee responsibility, construction litigation, shareholder derivative claims, etc. Ms. Weil also has experience with guardianship law. She received her law degree, with honors from N.Y.U. She graduated magna cum laude from Williams College and is a member of the Order of the Coif and Phi Beta Kappa.
