Lloyd Epstein, partner, has been a criminal defense attorney for over twenty years and has been teaching criminal trial practice for nearly that long. A graduate of N.Y.U. law school and Williams College, he is among the handful of attorneys qualified to represent death sentence eligible defendants in New York State and federal courts and has successfully represented several individuals charged with capital crimes.

Mr. Epstein has tried cases in every borough of New York City, in both Federal districts in New York City, as well as in Westchester, Nassau and Suffolk counties. Mr. Epstein successfully represented individuals charged with a wide variety of charges, including fraud, sexual crimes, drug charges, domestic violence, substance abuse, driving while intoxicated. He has also represented individuals under investigation by the police, FBI, postal authorities, securities regulators, etc.

Mr. Epstein has taught trial practice at New York Law School, CUNY Law School and has served on the faculty of NYCLA, IRA etc. An accomplished trial and appellate lawyer, Mr. Epstein has argued appeals in every appellate court hearing cases out of New York City, including the Second Circuit. Mr. Epstein is fluent in Spanish and Hebrew and personally supervises every criminal case accepted by the firm.
